I just took a quick look at that article, Patrick, but I can see how people would be on different plains of grief relative to MS (or really any other illness/disease or even death). I wrote a blog entry a few weeks ago about grief, how everyone handles it in their own way and time and the difference between empathy and sympathy. I think that is why sometimes support groups (even if they are in the way of blogs) is good for people on journeys like MS; people can find someone they perhaps might be able to relate with to help on their roller coaster ride.
