Age discrimination?

Adult ‘day care’ was explored. Patti would be safe and attended while I could work. Home care could continue at night. In theory, it seemed a practical alternative.

When will I learn to stop trying to look for practical alternatives?

Age complicated options at least in Pennsylvania. Adult ‘day care’ for example is restricted to 10% of participants under the age of 65.

We visited facilities. Yes, they had immediate vacancies but ONLY for people over 65.

Under age 65 the waiting list could better be measured in years not months.

Is this the dawn of age warfare in America … ?

MS just never makes it easy…
